Can destiny be changed by Vastu? || Part 2

In my last post, I shared the beginning of a conversation with my friend on the topic of destiny and whether it can be changed. What follows is the continuation of that conversation.

“The best method to change destiny is meditation. Meditation bring discipline, determination and focus in our life. It changes our neuron pathways permanently such that we go on the right path. For example, in your case you can successfully start saving by inculcating these three virtues – discipline, determination and focus and to develop these you can develop the practice of meditation.”

“But this is a long process.”

“Yes it is and it requires daily meditation for 15-20 minutes. Alternatively you can use other techniques which are Vastu and astrology and still achieve the same results.” I explained.

“You mean placing some remedies in my house or wearing some gems can bring about these changes in me.” He asked.

“Yes these remedies work on re-programming the sub-conscious mind to give you the same effect – determination, discipline and focus. Over here, the space in which you work and reside are designed to achieve the same effect on your mind.”

“In my personal experience, the programming of the space, what people call vastu corrections aligns your mind to nature. Once the mind is aligned and calm it develops the qualities required for success and is able to attract and manifest desires.”

“I generally suggest to follow both the paths to accelerate results – meditation and vastu both can be implemented together for this.”

“I would love to have some money in my bank balance.” He brightened up.

“And I would love to see you share the good news to me.” I said placing a hand on his shoulders.

Can destiny be changed by Vastu? || Part 1

We,  my friend and I were travelling in a coach from Khandala to Mumbai one day and we started getting talking. He knows I work on Vastu and Astrology and he was narrating his own experiences with astrology. Suddenly he raises his hand and shows a vertical line on the mount of Jupiter and says, “One astrologer has told me that since this line has crossed the third phalange of the middle finger I will never be able to accumulate wealth.”

“That’s all non-sense.” I immediately reacted.

“But it is true. I have never been able to save money.”

“All this can be changed, my dear and I can help you change it.”

“How?”

“See destiny is like the default programming of the mobile phone. This is what my guru always tell. When you first turn it on it is completely functional and many people do not change any default setting of their phones.  Some people however do not like the ring tone, message tone, whats app notification and change them. That is what we call configuration.”

“Yes I understand.”

“Similarly we are born with a default programming what is called destiny and just like a mobile phone we can customize it by simple techniques. Let me share them with you.”

Vastu Case Study || When Vastu Fails

About two years back, I consulted a family in North Delhi. They were staying in a floor in one of the unauthorized colonies. After doing the study I suggested few remedies and also categorized them into most important, medium importance and low importance just so that they understand the suggestions and do it as per their convenience.

One of the topmost recommendation was to change the color of their drawing room from green to off-white. Soon they implemented all suggestions. After few months I asked them about the progress of their business and the reply was that there has been no improvement even after doing all that was suggested. I revisited their house and indeed they had done everything except the colors of the wall. 

The problem was that they had decorated the walls with green stone chips and changing its color would involve removing these stones and re-plastering the walls. They were delaying it as it involved a sizeable expense. I told them that without this there would be little improvement.

Three months later I got a call from his father. He was very disappointed that nothing has happened. I again visited their house and find that they have indeed removed the color and now there is a kitchen garden just outside the drawing room.

Though I had explained that green color in this zone is the root cause of the problem, their son was not able to relate green with the plants in the kitchen garden.

Not only it caused three visits to their house for me, it also delayed the benefits they could gain from Vastu.

Vastu Remedy for Anxiety

Anxiety is an unwelcome by-product of modern lifestyle. Peer pressure, comparison with others around us makes us desperate to achieve something and achieve it fast. When things do not happen as we desire, we become anxious and stressed and when you are in this state of mind for long it results in hypertension, diabetes and other lifestyle diseases.

As per Vastu, there are three reasons for anxiety; either you are spending more time in the area between the east and south east direction, or there is a vastu defect in this area. In Vastu, this zone is assigned to the activity of churning. In ancient vastu texts it is suggested to perform the churning of the curd in this part of the house.

In modern context churning is performed by mixer-grinder. So if this area is falling in between the east and south-east, you can place the mixer-grinder here.

However, not all homes have the kitchen here. In that case there is a very simple remedy; place a picture showing this activity. It can be a painting of a lady churning curd and that will work well to reduce the anxiety and stress.

Vastu Consultation for Office || what is a good time for it?

Few days back I posted an article on “When is the good timeto go for Vastu Consultation of  a House”, and readers messaged me, that I should also write on Vastu for shop, office and Factory as well. 

So here is the article focusing on office. At a later date I will write for Factory and Shops.

An office is where the business operates from. Even factory owners have offices other than the one in their factory i.e. corporate office, registered office, Sales office, etc.

The office or shop may be owned or on rent. In both these cases the same rules apply.

There are three times which are most suited to perform a Vastu audit and rectifications for an office or shop.

Before moving in

This is when the office is at a design stage, and a good Vastu Consultant will be able to guide on placement of different activities and departments. For example, he will be able to help you decide where the owner should sit, where the account department should be, where the design should take place, from where the marketing activities should be performed, etc. He will also guide on the color schemes to be used in the office.

When business is difficult

The next best time is when doing business becomes difficult. It can be due to the Vastu defects and hence a Vastu Correction needs to be performed. Many a times, the office premises is on rent and you have taken up the floor with all its workstations and cabins which are designed as per the previous tenant or the owner of the real estate. In this case a Vastu consultant will advise you on the corrective measures which need to be taken to make the space conducive to your success.

When you want to expand

When you are ready to expand to new territories or diversify into multiple businesses, a Vastu consultation by a competent expert helps you in re-designing and changing the placement of the office as per the fields and scale of expansion.

Vastu Myth || Vastu does not affect the tenants

I got a call from a worried father from Meerut. Ever since his son bought a property in Delhi, he has not been keeping well. The property is an investment and is rented out to a MNC executive working in Delhi.

His son’s business in Meerut was suffering and a vastu consultant said that there are problems in the house in Delhi since it is in the name of the son. According to the consultant, since the son is the owner of the Dellhi house, Vastu defects over there will affect his finances.

His father wondered that when the tenants are not facing any problems in that house, how it can affect the son who is staying with him in Meerut. He wanted me to vet this statement of the local vastu consultant and if I am in agreement then he wanted me to visit the house in Delhi to perform a Vastu audit. I assured him that the problem faced by his son is definitely not because of any vastu defect in his property in Delhi as he does not stay there.

Now this is a very common myth that Vastu of a house effects the owner of the house and if you are a tenant you need not worry about vastu.

By definition, Vastu is the effect of the space on the residents. So irrespective of owner or tenant it will effect the inhabitants. Similarly the Vastu of a house which is lying vacant will not affect the owner of the house.

A vastu correction performed in a rented house will benefit the tenant till he stays there and the owner once he moves in.

Good Time for Vastu Consultation of a House

"What is the right time to for a Vastu Consultation?" you may ask.

There are three best times when you can go for a Vastu Consultation.

Before Design

If you are making a new house on a plot, then before finalizing the design of the floor plan, is the right time for Vastu Consultation. A good Vastu Expert will mark areas in the plot where various activities can and cannot be performed. For example, he will mark the areas where the kitchen stove can be placed based on Vastu principles and practicality.

Before Moving in

When you do not have the inclination or privilege to build an independent bungalow, you move into an apartment in a builder floor or a multi-storied apartment complex. In this case the best time to do a vastu consultation is when you finalize the apartment. Choose 3-4 apartments in same or different buildings and ask the Vastu Consultant to choose the one which is vastu compliant. A good vastu consultation will understand your profession, problems and accordingly select the most suited apartment out of the ones you have short-listed.

When you need Vastu

Many a times one experiences that after moving to a new house certain incidents have happened; poor health, loss in business, fight amongst family members, and such. This calls for an immediate consultation by a competent Vastu expert. The Vastu expert will suggest corrective measures to be implemented to get rid of the problem.
